Delete Mod Note V1

DELETE /api/v1/moderate/notes/delete

Delete a moderator note. Requires moderator privileges.

Query parameters

`note_id`	string	Yes	Note ID to delete.
`user`	string	Yes	Username the note belongs to.
`proxy`	string	No	Proxy. Optional if stored in Token Vault.
`bearer`	string	No	Bearer token. Optional if stored in Token Vault.
