GET /api/v2/profile/q/pinned-posts

Fetch the post IDs a user has pinned (stickied) to their profile page. Most users have 0 pinned posts. For all profile posts, use Profile Posts by Name V2. Public — no bearer required. Accepts username, u/username, or profile URL.
